    • The new Salmon House

      Discover the astonishing journey of wild Adour salmon, its life cycle, local fishing traditions, the old-fashioned smoking of Maison Barthouil.

      We offer guided tours from Tuesday to Saturday morning:

      1 visit in the morning appointment time 10:30 a.m. and the afternoon visit scheduled for 3 p.m.
      45 min guided tour, maximum 15 people, €7 per person with a tasting of our products.
      For children under 12, free visit.
