- Located in the town of Brassempouy less than a kilometer from the PréhistoSite of Brassempouy, Estanquet deu Guit offers traditional duck-based cuisine and farm products.
  
  On the menu, Landes plate, farmhouse plate, duck breast a la plancha, duck foie gras with grape or peach sauce, duck burgers, homemade piperade...
  
  Outside the summer, the Estanquet is open Thursday evening, Friday evening and Sunday noon (à la carte menus).
  
  In July and August, the Estanquet remains open for lunch as well as from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening, menus and card.
  
  Reservations highly recommended.

The setting is pleasant, outdoor service, the waitresses are very friendly and the farm products are excellent. A treat for the taste buds. THANKS.
