A native of DAX, I am Fabienne and as a sophrologist and storyteller passionate about my hometown, I invite you to live original sensory and narrative experiences in the heart of the spa town of DAX and its surroundings.

In a warm, friendly and fun atmosphere, you will be accompanied by an experienced sophrologist who will guide you through breathing, relaxation and visualization exercises, while letting yourself be carried away by local stories which will enrich your experience and stimulate your imagination.

• Sophro Sensory Walks: Experience Harmony and Serenity in DAX and its surroundings

Immerse yourself in a sensory and regenerative experience.

During these walks, in a warm and fun atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to awaken your senses to what surrounds you, and find inner harmony thanks to breathing exercises and dynamic relaxation exercises.

Rate :

• 15€ per person: Sophro Contée walks; Sophro Sensory Walks
• 38€ per person: Sophro walks & creative workshop

Cancellation policy: free up to 48 hours before; 50% 24 hours before, non-refundable the same day
