Maison Bignalet is a family story, a hundred-year-old passion and a heritage of craftsmanship. Butchers for 4 generations, the House was awarded the Mercure d'Or in 2017 for its dynamism in rural areas, and has been able to be included in the biggest guides (Lonely Planet, Le guide tourisme des Landes, etc…).
We offer you exceptional products : Chalosse IGP Label Rouge beef, matured for grilling or roasting, milk-fed veal, IGP Sud-Ouest pork, lamb from the Pyrenees, Béarn and from the Basque Country. The pieces of meat are cut by our butchers, vacuum-packed on the day of shipment. As for our fresh cold meats, they are handcrafted according to the Landes gastronomic tradition.
Come and discover the Chalossaise and Landes specialties which have made the reputation of our House in one of our five shops in Orthez, Habas, Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, Pouillon and Mugron.
