We arrived on bikes without reservations. Chloë greeted us warmly and arranged everything. We liked the bar area and preferred to improvise dinner from the snacks menu to going out for a meal or groceries. In particular we enjoyed relaxing in the heated indoor pool after a day on the bike saddles.
