  We are still stunned by the yoga experience we had with Manu, it was so intense, authetic and somehow even magic for us. Her voice is super pleasant, her revisions are attentive, soft and effective and the lesson felt really individual and well adapted to our needs and levels. So great! She should count with a call if we come back 😉

  One of the best yoga teachers I’ve had in 30yrs of practice. Her Renata França treatments are stimulating and highly effective.

  Beautiful yoga session right on the beach, followed by breakfast in the beach restaurant Lou Cabana, watching the ocean. Couldn't have a better start of the day, highly recommended! Oh, and they supply these big squares that fits together like a puzzle on top of the sand to make the surface stable to do yoga on. Very clever idea.
