We booked a mountain bike online then added a second touring bike with helmets and both were delivered on-time to a vacation house. Gregoire helped us with last-minute adjustments and offered excellent service. The website is not great and, for example, did not make it clear that only one location is open before the peak season (at the Port) and that the 'delivery' option was selected. Greg responded quickly (in English) by email to our queries. Bikes are in good working order. Highly recommended.

I was going with my 3 years old son, they gave me a bike with a small trailer in the back so he had a great time and so did I ! they gave tips on where to go and it was really good. אישתו של הבעלים...
