Everything is made to order in front of you thanks to the open kitchen in the center of the restaurant. Each week, new daily specials and menus are offered , as well as suggestions of the moment, or combined dishes (starter, main courses, cheese and dessert of your choice).

The grilled meats (beef, chicken, duck) are cooked on lava stone, a healthy cooking method that brings out all the flavor of the meat, without the disadvantages of charcoal grilling, without toxic smoke. Rib steak and entrecôte are served with a homemade garnish: your choice of fries, rice, salad, ratatouille, etc.

For your professional or private meals, associations or sports clubs, the restaurant LE BRASERO can study a group meal for up to 80 people, in the evening or on the weekend.
