The marine lake of Port d'Albret is fed by the Courant de Soustons. On the edge of the Atlantic coast , it is an original body of water between lake and ocean. If it is indeed artificial, it was built on the edge of the Landes forest. Whether you prefer the lawns of the golf course of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains or the sandy beaches of Soustons , this large marine lake is not lacking in charm. Depending on your tastes, you will appreciate its urban comfort on one side. All kinds of nautical and aquatic activities take place there and it is a lively and friendly place. On the other hand, some of its banks are still very well preserved and offer little corners of nature to lovers of calm.
