Boucle courte et facile reliant la plage du Penon à celle des Casernes en traversant les propriétés forestières du Conservatoire du Littoral. Le départ se fait derrière l'Office de tourisme. Cet espace, en arrière de la dune est un milieu fragile, vous y croiserez parfois les gardes de la police montée à cheval qui patrouillent la forêt de Seignosse.
