  First phone call to look for a rental for a week I was told that they would contact me by email and make several offers: two weeks later I still hadn't received anything and when I called back they told me they didn't know who I am even though I left my contact details.... They finally made me an accommodation offer and sent me an email where, to my great surprise, I was asked for €200 without a contract. Your response of October 16 is downright false: no one has ever contacted me, you must be confused. What I contest is asking for €200 straight away without having given a contract for a total of €350 which is more than half of the total while the deposit or deposit payment is 25 percent or 30 percent ten total WITH the sending of the contract. we cannot commit without knowing concretely what we are committing to. all the spa guests to whom I addressed in the group of spa guests from France to whom I presented your way to proceed were in my opinion. It is abusive and during the proposal on the telephone you do not announce this we discover it when sending the first email requesting immediate payment without contract.
