The Canoe & Kayak Club La Palue de Castets is a lot of diversity, with the paddle school, the practice of leisure activities, the competition and the summer entertainment. Our activity operates all year round, without any stoppage. From September to June we devote ourselves to the sports season, July and August to the summer season with the leisure descents on the river "la Palue".
Outings organized in summer by the Canoe Kayak Club of Castets (affiliated to the French Federation of Canoe Kayak):
7 kms of discovery and relaxation in the middle of a sumptuous setting, in the heart of the Landes forest where the fauna and flora are preserved. Unforgettable moments to share with family or friends. You can choose according to availability your type of boat (canoe or kayak) . Accessible to everyone.
Base price: 15€ / price for 1 kayak
Base price: 30€ / price for a canoe
Base rate: 13€ / group rate from 10 people
Practical advice
• For any nautical activity, knowing how to swim is mandatory
• Provide spare business
• Provide closed shoes in the boat
• Swimming is allowed
• Wearing a vest is compulsory for everyone throughout the descent
• The canoe allows you to be 3 in the boat (2 adults and 1 child)
• The price includes the boat, paddle equipment, life jackets and shuttles (departure/arrival)
• It is forbidden to smoke and picnic on the banks of the river
