  Really good find. Our hosts and their staff were very welcoming. No sooner had I asked if I could rent a bike that a bike was produced for me to borrow. The hotel is right on the cycle lane with easy as access to the beaches. The evening meals were fantastic and really good value. All together we had an excellent 4 nights stay. Might be a 2 star hotel but it felt like a lot more than that!

  Basic hotel. Would rate 3 stars however we had a terrible nights sleep in the heat and humidity of our room. When we mentioned this to the family that run the place, they told us we should have asked for a fan. We tried several times, but since our check in at 11am we didn’t see a soul at reception the whole day, let alone the reception opening times they had mentioned. In the end we slept with the windows fully open and got bitten from head to toe. We felt like the owners should have preempted this knowing which room they allocated to us.

  Superb experience in a superb location, just a 5-10 minute bike ride from the beach. The hotel is very nice and also boasts an excellent restaurant with cheap and great local cuisine. We got the treehouse and were amazed with the size and quality of inderior decoration in it. It is about 80% made out of wood, as are most of the furnitures as well. The bathroom is excellent and very modern, however there is a very steep ladder going down to the second bedroom right next to the bathroom door, so be careful. The treehouse terrace is very nice and offeres great views (12 meters in the air). The steps to the treehouse are not steep at all, and there is also a rope ladder for the kids! The hotel also rents bicycles for the trip to the beach. The hotel as well gives great deals for the treehouse. It was 244€ / night the first time we went which was quite expensive, however they gave it to us (without us asking) for 150€ / night with breakfast included! The hosts were very nice and provided us with what we needed. Very recommended, if you are staying in the Bordeaux - Biarritz area! Look forward to coming here the second time!
